We looked at four units and placed an offer on two of them. My offer was accepted on the second one. He worked with through the entire process including referring the mortgage company I utilized. He also assisted with lining up contractors to complete a couple items that needed addressed per a property inspection.

He was great on both ends of my transactions twice i might add. I have a realtor for life when i need him as well as a friend. Dave even would pick me up and drop off at the airport as well as dinner after business. None better.
